Job description
Our client, a leading Telecommunication company, is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead here in the Wellington CBD.
The Service Delivery Lead will lead a team of four Coordinators, and combined with the Team Lead you will manage the Service Delivery cycle end to end.
Your team will play a key role in ensuring internal processes required to provide the service are done in an efficient, reliable and timely manner. This includes ensuring groups across the business are operating effectively and that end to end support services are working well.
Additionally to leading the team, you will be expected to carry out Service Delivery Coordinator duties. That will involve working closely with Field Operations teams to delivery timely and quality services to customers. You will be working across other teams such as Finance, Sales and Network Operations, in managing, preventing and/or addressing escalated customer inquiries and requests.
