Job description
Our client a leading Managed Services operator is looking for someone who is an ex Service Desk Manager to come in and lead a team of engineers to make sure their customers are receiving the best possible customer service.
You will be responsible for managing all procedures related to identification, prioritisation and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk functions.
Skills and experience required.

- Prior or current experience as a Service Desk Team Leader
- Strong understanding of the IT Service Management frameworks
- Proven experience ensuring your team meets/exceed client SLA's
- Ability to effectively schedule and maintain On-Call roster
