Our client is after a Service Design Lead to bring into their team!
In this role you will be responsible for IT Service solution design from project initiation to operations for large managed service bids.
You will be ensuring service designs are completed in a timely manner, costings are appropriate and develop internal service capability documents.

- Experience designing service solutions for large scale companies.
- Solid ITIL experience - Design, transition, process architecture, Implementation.
- Strong business and commercial skills
- Stakeholder negotiation skills
- Network / Telco skills are a big plus
- Great sense of humour
