Job description
Our client is looking for a couple of Helpdesk Engineers / Service Desk Engineers for a 3 month contract.
In this role we are looking for someone who is comfortable supporting Windows at L1.

- Have familiarity with O365 and general Windows support
- User Setup
- Permissions
- Ability to escalate to L2
- Managing ticket queue
- Sharp IT grads considered
- Have clear communication
- Have a clean criminal record
