Job description

Our client is looking for a couple of Helpdesk Engineers / Service Desk Engineers for a 3 month contract.
In this role we are looking for someone who is comfortable supporting Windows at L1.

Skills we are looking for include:
  • Able to help with general IT enquires
  • Have familiarity with O365 and general Windows support
  • User Setup
  • Permissions
  • Ability to escalate to L2
  • Managing ticket queue
  • Sharp IT grads considered
  • Have clear communication
  • Have a clean criminal record
