You will be running the end to end service delivery relationship and ensuring that all service delivery commitments under a complex managed services contract are met. Â
In this role you will be responsible for
- Client Satisfaction at or above target satisfaction scores
- Leadership of Direct and/or Virtual Team Members Resulting in Employee Engagement At Or Above Target
- Profitable delivery of contracted and new services to, at a minimum, contracted service levels
- A strong Business Relationship that enables development for the client portfolio at or above business targets
- 7+ years leadership of client engagements in an outsourcing environment
- 5+ years team management experience with at least 3 years leading virtual teams in a large outsourcing organisation
- Demonstrable experience negotiating positive outcomesÂ
- 7+ years’ Service Delivery Management experience within the Telecommunications and IT industry
- ITIL Foundations qualification or above CMMI qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
