Our leading client is looking for a Service Manager with a proven background in team management.

You'll be responsible to lead a team across large corporate enterprise customers for the provision of managed outsource services including voice, mobile, desktop service, networks, security, IT services and data centres. It's a very complex technology contract with many moving parts. They already have a strong account lead, now they just need to up the level of service management.

The role:
  • Client's will be moving to a modern workplace so there will a lot of technology transition coming up.
  • You'll be part of a tight team running the end to end Service Delivery relationships and ensuring that all service delivery commitments under a complex managed services contract are met.
  • You will be responsible for delivering service management outcomes for a high-profile engagement and become a trusted advisor to their key customer on every aspect of service delivery.
