We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new SaaS platform across a multi-site, customer-facing business.

This is a complex project, replacing an existing software ecosystem that supports multiple critical business functions including online bookings, stock management, time sheeting, and other operational areas. The successful candidate will oversee delivery across several venues, ensuring a smooth transition while balancing multiple work streams and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a SaaS implementation
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies
• Coordinate multiple work-streams across business and technology teams
• Engage and manage stakeholders across different operational areas
• Drive strong governance, communication, and decision-making throughout the project life cycle
• Support change management and business readiness across multiple sites

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering complex SaaS implementations
• Strong Project Management capability with established delivery frameworks and processes
• Experience with booking systems, membership platforms, ERP, or similar operational software highly regarded
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and keep delivery on track in complex environments
• Confident, proactive, and highly organised with a strong attention to detail

Note: This contract is starting October 1st. Ideally based in Queenstown, but we are fully open to remote options.
