We have a great opportunity for someone with management experience in the software engineering space. The Software Engineering Director will be passionate about continuously improving the companies practices and motivating teams and leads, managing approx. 40-50 people (with 6-7 team leads in place) across Development, Testing etc.

This person will be managing cross functional teams to build and deliver new software builds / systems for the business. A leader that can inspire and grow the team, keep continuously improving etc. Be able to foster a great working culture. Be a leader of leaders.
