Solution Architect Wanted: Join our client team in supporting a significant transformation initiative aimed at implementing a modern, scalable ERP platform. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed technical solutions, managing system integrations, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational architecture.
Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical designs capturing system intricacies and ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements.
• Design robust APIs for effective communication and orchestration across various systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to accurately capture requirements and ensure solution design meets documented needs.
• Oversee vendor technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish sophisticated data structures and workflows to facilitate reliable data exchange.
• Foster relationships across teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending ideas or processes to enhance project effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud computing, or project management (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, PMP).
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong technical skills in system design, API development, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as Azure, and understanding of best practices.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and related toolsets like ADO/Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in vendor management and technical negotiations.
• Background in a specific industry relevant to the position (e.g., Government, financial services, retail, etc.).
