As a Data/Solution Architect, you’ll lead the design and integration of seamless data flows across systems supporting Learning, Performance, and Talent—contributing to a broader technology modernisation effort.


What you’ll do:

• Architect end-to-end data and integration solutions
• Align solutions with enterprise data strategy
• Simplify platforms and enable future-state capabilities
• Collaborate across vendors and internal delivery teams

  What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in HRIS/HCM, payroll, or LMS system architecture
• Strong skills in data modelling, APIs, and event-driven design
• Bonus: exposure to Kafka, Snowflake, AirFlow
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Background in Banking or Financial services preferred
