Solution Architect – Pega CDH & Data Integrations

• Duration - 12 months

We are looking for a Solution Architect to help shape and deliver integration and decisioning capabilities across Pega CDH.

Your work will support personalised, data-driven experiences for colleagues and customers while ensuring scalability and security.

What you’ll do
• Design and deliver integration patterns for Pega CDH, including Fivetran ingestion into Snowflake, CDH–Kafka real-time eventing, and BigQuery–Snowflake integrations
• Build tactical solutions for media lead ingestion and interim email-state workflows
• Support experiments such as AWS-fed real-time Kafka events into CDH
• Contribute to the rollout of GCP, Snowflake, CDH integrations and Martech supplier onboarding
• Resolve caching issues affecting real-time marketing and support CDH upgrades and security uplifts

Essential
• Strong enterprise solution architecture experience
• Integration skills across APIs, gateways, and event streaming (Kafka)
• Hands-on experience with Pega, ideally CDH
• Familiarity with Martech platforms (Marketo, Adobe, SFMC, Braze, HubSpot)
• Experience with data-driven marketing and Google Analytics
• Understanding of security principles and strong stakeholder communication

Desirable
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Fivetran
• Real-time eventing and data orchestration experience
• AWS/GCP knowledge
• Agile experience and relevant certifications
