We are seeking an experienced Squad Lead for Front End Development to lead a team of talented developers in delivering high-quality web applications. As a Squad Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that the overall project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of front-end developers in delivering high-quality web applications
Manage the day-to-day activities of your team, including project planning, task assignment, and progress tracking
Collaborate with other teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to ensure that project goals are met
Mentor and develop your team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new technologies or processes to improve the development process

Requirements: 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, including experience leading teams
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
