What We're Looking For:
- A solid background in React and TypeScript development.
- Proficiency in mobile app development is essential.
- Proven success in building cross-platform apps using React Native.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience leading and mentoring development squads.
- Thrives on tackling complex challenges with creative solutions.
- Can translate technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- Mentor, guide, and inspire your squad to deliver exceptional results as a Squad Leader.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, designers, and stakeholders for cross-functional success.
- Architect, design, and develop high-quality mobile apps using React Native, React, and TypeScript for development excellence.
- Oversee code reviews, quality control, and performance optimisation for quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team through knowledge sharing.
- Implement best practices for efficient and innovative development to drive innovation.
- Be able to communicate technology to all levels of the organisationÂ
