You will need at least 4+ years commercial IT Support experience within complex enterprise organisations. The ability work within a small IT team and take ownership of systems and provide outstanding customer service is essential.  
Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal will be essential in order to operate well within this vibrant organization.

  • 4+ years IT Support Engineering experience
  • Have held internal support roles within medium size enterprise organisations
  • Ticket Management, opens, progression, closing, reporting, SLA’s.
  • Desktop/laptop support
  • System access/password issues
  • Website access issues
  • Desktop/ Phone/ Desk moves
  • System patching
  • DC LAN Management
  • Database maintenance
  • Storage (SAN/ NAS)
  • Backups
  • Capacity planning
  • VMware
  • Monitoring systems
  • Windows server maintenance
