Are you passionate about building smart, scalable solutions with Microsoft Dynamics? We’re looking for a talented System Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering and supporting Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions across our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics NAV / Business Central applications across SaaS and On-Prem environments.
• Working with AL language, Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Supporting release management and integration of environments while assessing the impact of new Dynamics 365 Business Central features.
• Translating complex business processes into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver results.
• Working across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), following best practices.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ hands-on development experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of AL language and confidence working in both SaaS and On-Premises.
• Familiarity with release management and environment integration for Dynamics 365 BC.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes end-to-end.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive, positive “can-do” attitude.
