Job Description
This role will be the focal and escalation point for everything IT. You will be involved in all areas of the IT infrastructure and applications. You will need to take leadership of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support both to internal customers
Perform a wide variety of technical support across many technologies
Ensure all relevant information is documented
Collaboratively work together with the team on projects

Interpersonal Requirements:
You need to be customer-focused
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to fluidly multitask in a high-pressure environment
You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand
Â
Technical Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT Support role
Solid understanding and experience of Microsoft and Networking technologies
General knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall
An understanding of ITIL and customer service principles
An understanding of backup systems and software
Experience installing and configuring Servers, Networking, Desktop PC and Laptops
Advantage will be given if you have experience in the following:
Cisco Networking to CCNA level
Cloud solutions ideally AWS
Systems Administrator - Microsoft
