We’re looking for a Team Lead to guide and support our clients Electronics and Embedded Engineering team. This role is perfect for a technically strong leader who thrives on mentoring engineers while staying hands-on in the development process.
 
 
About the Role:
 
 
As Team Lead, you’ll manage a team of 7–8 talented Electronics and Embedded Engineers. You’ll be responsible for providing technical direction, supporting project execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This is a hybrid role, combining leadership and hands-on technical work, so deep experience in electronics design and embedded systems is essential.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Electronics and Embedded Engineers
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in design and development
• Actively contribute to product development and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Support hiring, performance reviews, and professional development of the team

 
What We’re Looking For:
 

• Strong background in electronics design and embedded systems development
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Comfortable balancing technical work with leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
