In this role you will be managing a team of 8 including data analysts and admins. The team is responsible for the quantity, quality and compliance of data sent this company's customers
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years equivalent experience in a leadership / team leader position with direct reports
- 5 years’ experience in a management position Relationship management
- Experienced in leadership of teams involved in a process driven and customer focussed environment
- Skilled at leading, motivating and developing people
- Proven experience in implementation of process improvement projects
- Experienced with implementation of new services/technology into a business environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties
- Effectively build constructive & effective relationships
- Communicates with clarity & effectively across all levels within the Organisation
- Data analytical skills, additionally beneficial on large data volumes
- Ability to analyse reports to determine operations performance in relation to SLAs and KPIs.
