The team are accountable for supporting and maintaining Windows Server/Citrix/Microsoft 365 products across a number of clients.
You must be happy managing a team along with working with clients on how to get the best out of their environments. You must be fine with getting involved in P1 incidents.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- 1:1 Coaching
- Building and maintaining relationships across other areas of the business (networking/security teams)
- Making sure SLA's and OLA's are met
- Providing input into domain roadmaps
- A background in supporting Wintel environments including AD, DFS, O365, Citrix, Exchange, SCCM, Azure
- Solid understanding of ITIL
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers
