We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Business Applications to lead the ongoing enhancement and evolution of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance technical delivery, people leadership and collaboration across the organisation.

You will play a key role in shaping how business applications support regulatory outcomes, ensuring solutions are robust, responsive and genuinely useful for end users.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Champion new features by leading training sessions and showcasing enhancements across the organisation
• Direct and coordinate the work of vendors and contractors delivering technical enhancements and complex feature development
• Identify and implement ways to improve solution flexibility and responsiveness for users and stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership across analysis, design, and delivery activities
• Capture and document business and technical information to support research, design, and analysis
• Produce high-quality design requirements with a strong focus on risk and quality
• Use Azure DevOps to manage the development backlog and track progress of work items
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to contribute to the system roadmap and long-term vision

What we’re looking for

• A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 8 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role
• Significant hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM
• Experience working across a broad range of organisational processes
• Working knowledge of the Kanban agile framework and its application to continuous software delivery
