- Lead and manage outcomes for the Networks and Security team, including line management of Senior Systems Engineers and Systems Engineers
- Set deadlines, assign responsibility, mentor and monitor the progress of the team
- Coach and develop Team members to achieve personal goals and the goal of the organisation
- Develop strategies for the team aligned to the wider strategy for Digital Services
- Actively contribute and support the wider Leadership team of Digital Services
- Assist the Manager – Operations as required
- Lead the team to proactively manage and maintain our corporate Networks and Security services and solutions.
- Lead the team to resolve any issues with our corporate Networks and Security services and solutions.
- Develop, maintain and manage service levels as they relate to platforms.
- Drive process improvement initiatives based on lessons learnt from past changes and industry best practice.
