What you’ll do:
 

• Lead the technical delivery of new features and enhancements
• Mentor and support developers, ensuring high quality and sustainable code
• Work cross-functionally to understand user pain points and create value-driven solutions
• Functional management of the team, monitoring team health, satisfaction, and performance
• Ensure agile best practices are followed

 
What you bring:
 

• Strong experience in full-stack development (C# .NET, React, SQL, PowerShell)
• A solid grasp of cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
• A passion for clean code, agile delivery, and technical mentoring
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with product discovery methods and customer-first thinking
