Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team for a CRM transformation project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical/technology transformations and a deep understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems. This role requires a self-starter who can independently identify and pursue tasks without constant direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and processes.
  • Define and document the desired future state, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the project forward by actively finding and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create, store, and manage project documents and information within the Microsoft DevOps environment.
