Our client a leading provider in technical services is after a designer in the UC / Voice / Collaboration space.

We are looking for someone why is good in front of customers, someone who can consult and design solutions in in the UC space.
Any experience around Cloud Contact Centres (Genesys Pure Connect or Pure Cloud) would be highly advantageous. 

Day to day you'll be focused on the design of contact centre solutions but will also get involved client presentations, pre-sales, design, testing, overseeing implementation/deployment and writing technical proposals.
