The main purpose for this role is to provide leadership across the operational delivery of technical network services to 2 large enterprise clients. You will work to build an outstanding client relationship through the ongoing delivery of high level services.
This would include providing strong technical leadership of an IT operation, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and all relevant procedures are adhered to.
The role will act across a diverse IT portfolio and you will have input into the future of services and how they are offered.

What are the right skills and experience required?
- Proven track record in Technical Leadership roles within client facing environments
- Strong Wintel / Cloud and some Network expereinceÂ
- Relationship building quality with exceptional communication skills
- Experience managing senior level Client relationships within an IT Managed Services Environment
- Have true passion for client delivery and going the extra mile
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
