Skills and experience:

- Solid understanding of Cloud environments
- Solid understanding of Server Infrastructure support
- Solid understanding of IP telephony solutions
- Excellent Network and Network Security knowledge & skills (LAN and WAN)
- Excellent understanding of large complex Wi-Fi networks
- Experience and solid ability in coordinating and guiding technical teams during complex fault restoration activities
- Ability to remain composed in pressure situations
- Ability to explain complex technology using easy to understand business terms and language
- Exposure to vendor / outsource / managed services concepts
- Trusted technical advisor to the Client
- Customer advocate - drives outcomes
- Channel customer feedback to create and guide initiatives
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership to inspire and motivate a customer first culture and commitment to positive outcomes
