Job description
We have an exciting technical delivery based role with one of our clients in the SaaS management space.
You will be responsible for providing mentoring / leadership for both the developer and DevSecOps teams and will be the effective interface between the product and technology teams.
This person will be responsible for feature releases on the Company’s platform and the central point of contact for all troubleshooting during feature releases or the implementation of new client platforms. As a senior leader within the technology team, you will be a key point of contact with the clients’ developer and product teams to help manage and troubleshoot issues (including management of the SLA). You will be an escalation point to help resolve issues in relation to feature releases and new client implementations.
Your understanding of the Company’s platform and the technological requirements to deliver on the product road map or a new client implementation will allow you to work closely with the Head of Product to ensure that product priorities and client implementations can be delivered to time and to plan.
This role would suit someone with a technical background who enjoys mentoring, resolving technical issues and client implementations.

- Significant and demonstrable experience mentoring and leading developer teams. Past experience working as a developer advantageous.
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams in Agile and Lean principles and methodologies.
- Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve and evolve our delivery capabilities.
Qualifications, Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience and working knowledge across the following areas:
- Expert understanding of Microsoft Azure and DevSecOps and the coding processes / concepts used in the development of SaaS platforms.
- Significant and demonstrable experience leading and managing the deployment of major feature releases and deployments of SaaS platforms to enterprise customers to time and to plan.
- Business Analyst, project management, technical account management or technical customer relationship management experience.
- Proven experience working with product teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and client implementations.
