We’re looking for a Technical Lead  who’s passionate, energetic and eager to make an impact. You’ll lead and mentor a small but growing team while staying hands-on with development.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of +_ 5 Engineers while still coding and building solutions.
• Designing and maintaining APIs, microservices,and cloud deployments (including Infrastructure as Code).
• Working with structured & unstructured database design
• Developing web applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate/JPA.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion and enthusiasm to grow with the business.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience in web app development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment patterns and scalable architecture.
