This role has a focus on RF / Microwave and is critical in converting sale opportunities to acquisitions from the customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales propositions that are based on requests from customers, partner development and specific ecosystems, providing proactive sales campaigns, RFIs/RFPs and overall general sales engagement.
You will have prior experience of working in a leadership role in the improvement of engineering and technical practices and processes across RF and Microwave.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Working with customers to translate business requirements into technical designs. As well as advising the wider business on technical matters.
- Developing and implementing annual cross domain platform and service roadmaps.
- Providing mentoring, technical guidance and coaching across the business.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (including ability to create high quality design documentation).
- Excellent skills in producing well-structured technical documents and operational procedures.
