1. About you:
- 3+ years of broad, practical experience in an Enterprise environment as a Technical Specialist or Engineer or Software Developer
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions architecture and design principles
- Experience working with Cloud technologies in an Enterprise environment
- Integration experience with Active Directory, Single Sign On technologies
- Basic API/Mulesoft/Informatica development skills and/or experience with
- Clear and well developed communication skills
- Passion for documentation and sharing of skills within the team and wider
- Understanding of change process and the reason for its existence
- Experience working in an operational support capability, with knowledge of ITSM processes (particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management).
- DevOps and Agile delivery experience
- Strong understanding and belief in Product Management methodology
- Knowledge and/or experience within the banking industry
- Natural curiosity, that you apply to customer problem solving
- Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN and relevant toolsets experience (e.g. Jira)
- Experience working with external vendors
- Experience with planning and coordinating small to medium projects
- Good understanding of other enterprise automation technologies
- A keen eye for spotting performance issues, and the ability to solve, continually improve and learn from those issues
2. About you:
- 5+ years broad, practical, experience in an Enterprise environment as a Senior Technical Specialist or Engineer or Platform Engineer
- API Integration – Kong / APIGEE experience
- Informatica Development experience
- 2+ years Mulesoft Development experience
- 2+ years Java experience
- Experience working with Cloud technologies in an Enterprise environment as a technical specialist or similar role
- Clear and well developed communication skills.
- Experience with solution design discussions
- Passion for documentation and sharing of skills within the team and wider
- Understanding of change process and the reason for its existence.
Desirable:
- DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
- Have the agile software development mindset, and even better, a strong understanding and belief in Product Management methodology.
- Knowledge and/or experience within the banking industry
- Natural curiosity, that you apply to customer problem solving
