You will be taking processes as defined by the Process Analyst and create procedural work instructions and be working with a wide range of teams throughout the business to create a detailed user manual for all ITSM workflows.
- ability to communicate detailed step by step guides at a task level, providing L5 and L6 process documentation
- ability to liaise with stakeholders to ensure instructions are fit for purpose and deliver this technical content to stakeholders
- experience as an ITIL Agent or a previous ITIL background
- Ideally have experience with ServiceNow
