Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Change & Release Manager to join a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the end to end enterprise release change management process. This includes the analysis, QA and management of a standard release processes for all Technology deployments (to ensure no clashes or major risks deploying systems to production).

- Effectively manage the end-to-end enterprise release / change management lifecycle and identify process improvements where possible
- Ensure a consistent standard for technology release management across the enterprise
- Manage / coordinate release schedules on a rolling 1-, 3- and 12-month plan of the upcoming pipeline, and managing changes to the schedule
- Provide risk analysis of upcoming releases and work with impacted areas to mitigate these risks
- Provide delivery analysis of upcoming releases and work with impacted areas to manage interdependencies across domains
About you:
- Excellent working knowledge of Release and Change management across multi-domain and /or Enterprise level
- Good understanding of project principles and methodologies
- Good knowledge and experience of Enterprise IT and risk management fundamentals
- Ability to quickly understand and translate complex messages into simplistic language
- An understanding of banking/finance industry systems and regulations
- Ability to write, analyse and translate business process documentation into outputs suitable for communicating future state standardised procedures and best practices
- Proficient user of Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint, and willing to experiment with new technology
- Ability to interface and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and personality types
- Relevant degree, professional qualifications and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience working in a complex technology environment across multiple domains
