Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Service Lead to take ownership of a large scale service partnership and lead the delivery of high quality service desk outcomes. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape the future of service management through automation, AI, and modern operating practices.
You’ll act as the critical link between internal teams, delivery partners, and customers, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end to end service desk and service management delivery
- Manage a major delivery partner, holding them accountable to contracted outcomes
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues
- Drive performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to uplift services through AI, automation, and workflow optimisation
- Translate technical delivery into clear business value
- Proven experience leading service desk or service management functions at scale
- Strong background managing large vendors or delivery partners in complex ICT environments
- Solid understanding of ITSM tools and service delivery frameworks
- Experience across cloud (public/private/hybrid), SaaS, and infrastructure environments
- Hands-on exposure to automation, AI-driven operations, or intelligent workflows
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI is a bonus
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to balance operational performance with strategic improvement
- Lead a high impact, enterprise scale service environment
- Drive real change through innovation and AI adoption
- Work with complex technology ecosystems and senior stakeholders
- Play a pivotal role in shaping future service delivery
