Ideally you will be well versed in infrastructure and network testing and have the ability to work in a customer focused environment.
Skills and experience we are after include:
- A strong focus on relationship management, and be able to communicate at a technical level with engineers as well as being able to interact with senior management at customer level (Programme Managers).
- Excellent reporting skills, with clear and succinct reporting style.
- Bring along some clear test management practice focus to create consistency of testing across a variety of projects
- The ability to develop requirements to test against, and should be effective at pulling together a set of requirements based on design and scope, while understanding the risks, and provide clear risk-based testing approaches, plans and reports.
- This role needs someone who gets their hands dirty and can run test cases, manage defects but then lift up into a core test management and QA role across projects and programmes.
- Core to the role is to support the customer with their test planning and execution, and may require some user support during testing.
Any experience with SDWAN, Infrastructure, Networking testing is an advantage.
