Our large enterprise client in the financial industry is looking for a TOM Lead that will be responsible for delivering a seamless integration of new roles and associated tasks into the existing organisational structure to be compliant.

About the role:
- Develop an integrated plan of all roles that need to come into our clients organisational structures. This includes responsibility for creating the position descriptions, grading them, understanding HR implications and identifying appropriate RBAC and learning codes.
- Identify the impacts on Product & Channel’s existing processes and people and ensure the roles are integrated into the operating model seamlessly with minimal disruption for our people and customers.
- Engage with impacted leaders, Product & Channel leaders, appropriate GMs, the Head of Transformation and the Business Excellence team to identify opportunities to simplify organisational design.
- Prepare and present updates on the TOM as required to different governance and leadership forums.
- Proven ability of leading organisations through a TOM development process, delivery and embedding of the change.
- Experience in organisation design is essential.
- Understanding business processes, analysis and how they impact operating models is essential
- Effective senior stakeholder engagement and ability to see the bigger picture is essential as is ability to influence teams without formal reporting lines
- Presentation skills to high quality and speed: PPT critical and other tools advantageous
- AGILE and Project Management tool proficiency an advantage but not essential
