Job description
We are looking for an intelligent individual who knows their Cisco UC stuff inside out and recognises there are smarter ways to work - especially on the support side.
We need someone who is equally happy presenting as they are getting deep into design.
The candidate needs to be someone who can think outside the box, and will drive software development effort that will introduce Big Data, automation, and AI into the Cisco UC support world.
