As a specialist in the Unified Comms space, you must be strong in Windows environments, LAN/WAN networks and VoIP.
- You will be responsible for Level 2 support of contact centre application for our clients Enterprise customers.
- Any experience around Cloud Contact Centres,  MS Teams direct routing would be highly advantageous.
- Day to day will be monitoring and managing contact centre infrastructure environments, tracking usage and making sure system availability and performance is as a high as possible.
