Our client is looking for a Resource Coordinator or even a Junior level Project Coordinator that is looking for a move into BAU. This will be a 6 month contract to start but will be very long term- years! 

 
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing contractor recruitment requests from various IT projects across the company
• Work with procurement team on agency Master Schedule Agreement (MSA) and rate card
• Manage contract extension planning, reminder and execution
• Manage resumes and follow up with background and reference check from agencies
• Initiate contract setup and on-boarding activities such as creating new user in HR system, system access, hardware request and orientation
• Create purchase order and process invoice verification for contractor payments
• Support internal audit on contracts and service payment
• Work with solution delivery manager to improve contractor hiring process
• Work with IT to improve the Security and Access system for contractors
