Our client a leading NZ company is looking for a Resource Coordinator to manage a large team, their availability and capability.
In this role you will be the first point for engagement requests, and work with the leads in the team to allocate incoming pipeline of project work with available resources. 
You will assess your teams capability and identify any gaps in there.

Skills and experience we are after:

• Similar capability in a coordination role
• Be an absolute people person
• Ability to be in the detail
• HR experience a plus
• Workforce management experience an absolute plus!! ++++
