Job description


This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well known organisation in the Finance sector. Our client is looking for 2 Senior Test Analysts with varying skill sets to work in the infrastructure space. 


Role 1: A Senior Test Analyst who will be responsible for the planning and execution of migration testing in collaboration with the Cyber Security Team for varies cyber security tools and solutions.

About you: 
  • hands-on experience in testing complex system migration projects (experience in cyber security and/or infrastructure projects highly desirable)
  • experience working in various Operating Systems (i.e. Windows, Linux) & Command Line Interface (CLI)
  • familiarity or basic knowledge in web security, cloud security and security scanning/monitoring tools and processes
  • experience in using or working with logging and monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk)
  • some experience/knowledge in following areas, tools and technologies are desirable,
    • security testing and/or penetration testing
    • threat, and vulnerability management tools
    • cloud proxy services and cloud security platforms (i.e. Zscaler)
    • phishing attack protection solutions and tools

Key Tasks Will Include:

  • actively oversee and participate in the design, development and maintenance of the technical verification's, end-to-end and system integration tests for Cyber Initiatives
  • managing the project test inputs and outputs delivered by your team, working closely with your Test Manager and the wider team in a collaborative environment.
  • collaborate with the Solution Architect & Cyber Security Team to understand the migration activities and supporting test outcomes required
  • coordinate and manage the test execution and defect management activities with Cyber Security Team
  • lead conversations with the technical teams and stakeholders to ensure an in-depth understanding of technical verification and validation requirements
  • collaborate with application owners, SMEs, and other testers from multiple Value Streams to ensure inter-system integration testing is supported and planned
  • track, monitor and document all test results
  • actively oversee all tasks required to prepare for test activities.

Role 2: A Senior Test Analyst who will be responsible for the planning and execution of migration testing and technical verifications for Azure Active Directory Services & Infrastructure, in collaboration with Infrastructure Teams.


About you: 
  • hands-on experience in testing complex infrastructure migration projects (experience in Active Directory and/or Cyber Security projects highly desirable)
  • experience working on cloud platforms and technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS)
  • experience in Windows & Linux environments, and Command Line Interface (CLI)
  • familiarity or basic knowledge in cloud infrastructure and networking tools/technologies
  • experience in scripting languages (i.e. Unix Shell Script)
  • some experience/knowledge in following areas, tools and technologies are desirable,
    • testing Microsoft Active Directory configurations and migrations 
    • cloud proxy services and security practices
    • logging and monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk)

Key Tasks Will Include:

  • implement, test, and verify the upgrades, migrations and operationalization tasks for existing Active Directory Services & Infrastructure (including multiple forests and domains)
  • involve-in setting up and maintaining an effective testing environment and infrastructure related to Azure Active Directory
  • collaborate with the Solution Architect & Infrastructure Team to understand the AD migration activities and supporting technical test outcomes required
  • review policies, procedures, configurations, and other documentation required to support the Azure Active Directory environment
  • coordinate and manage the test execution, defect management, incident management and troubleshooting activities with Infrastructure Team and vendors
  • lead conversations with the technical teams and stakeholders to ensure an in-depth understanding of technical verification and validation requirements
  • work closely with SMEs and compliance teams to ensure AD migration activities are aligned with compliance and security policies and standards
  • track, monitor and document all technical verification and configuration test results.
