Job description

Our client is looking for a Programme Change Manager to help manage organisational change and execute communication strategy.
 
Key requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in change management in complex programme environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Proven track record in mitigating risks and resolving issues related to change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide teams through the change process.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
