We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in contact centre & telephony who has worked as a vendor PM in the past.

• PMI/Prince2 certifications 
• Purecloud & Teams
• Strong planning and reporting skills along with an awareness of scoping/pricing of projects and dealing with contracts
• A background in providing managed IT services to enterprise customers
• Experience delivering complex ICT projects across infrastructure, security, cloud and network
• Agile and Waterfall
• Strong stakeholder management
