The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our document management processes align with the overall objectives of the Office. This project will impact every staff member, and we are gearing up for a go-live by the end of next year.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage the Cloud-based Document Management project, overseeing the SharePoint migration.
- Foster collaboration and communication across the Office, linking document management into Teams and other systems.
- Ensure that documents and document management processes effectively support the outputs of the Office.
- Unite the project team and keep senior stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in successfully completing a SharePoint migration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage both the project team and senior stakeholders.
- Government sector experience is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years' project management experience.
- Solid IT knowledge to navigate and oversee the technical aspects of the project.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Mature and calm demeanor, with strong leadership skills.
- Comfortable working 3 days a week in the office.
