Our client is looking for a Squad/Technical Lead - Back End to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading a squad of Developer's and QA Engineer's and everything that comes with it, from recruitment through to design and delivery output. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your own team as they grow as a company!

About you:

• At least 1 year in a Technical Lead role 
• Solid development background across SDKs, APIs, Typescript, .Net, Express and Node JS
• Significant experience designing, building, and supporting software solutions in the Cloud (ideally AWS)
• A passion for driving teams to operate at their full capability whilst fostering a positive working environment 
• Experience in event driven, reactive, and microservice architectures would be advantageous
